Scientific research has provided meaningful insights into how PSYCH-K works and why it is effective. Three peer-reviewed studies, published across multiple disciplines, validate its impact on brain function and consciousness.

These studies were conducted by Jeffrey L. Fannin, Ph.D., Director of the Center for Cognitive Enhancement in Glendale, Arizona, in collaboration with Rob Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K®. Using QEEG brain mapping, their research examined the neurological effects of PSYCH-K processes.

The findings highlight the creation of what is known as the Whole-Brain State—a balanced, symmetrical brainwave pattern that supports clarity, emotional stability, and expanded perception. This state is associated with enhanced problem-solving, stress reduction, and integration between the conscious and subconscious mind.
